This picture doesn't really do justice, but just imagine a huge tree with tons and tons of apricots on it. I am doing jam, syrup, pie, apricot crisp, frozen cubes, and Thayne even made some apricot candy. I have to buy disposable gloves for the kids so that they will help me pick up the smooshy apricots. We probably pick up 250 a day. Good thing tomorrow morning is garbage day!Thursday, July 30, 2009
